COACH
Quality Inspector
I. Primary Purpose
Provide Quality Inspections and other Quality-related support for all Vietnam based CIL Service Providers.
III. Primary Responsibilities
a) Quality Inspections
• Conduct In-line Quality Inspections &reporting
• Conduct Final Quality Audits &reporting per Coach processes
• On-site Production Quality issues resolution
• Communicatesquality-relatedissuesand/orresolutionswithappropriateSPstaffandmanagers
• Regulartravelbetween3HCMserviceprovidersandonanas-neededbasis
b) Packaging Approvals
• Approve Packaging Instructions based on Engineer Approved Samples
• Confirm packaging details in appropriate data systems
• Communicate packaginginformation/issues/questions with CIL packagingspecialist
• Communicate all related packaging issues/details with appropriate SP staff and managers
c) TOL Approvals
• Timely approval of Top of Line production samples at production start-up
• Timely completion and entering of TOL details using appropriate data systems
• Communicate all related TOL/ProductionQualityissues/details with appropriate SP staff and managers
Other Key Role Areas
• Assist in training of SP quality staff to Coach quality requirements

III Skill Requirements
Strong Quality experience (3-5 years)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritize urgencies
Professional outlook with excellent written & verbal communication skills
